What SMH stands for
Systems. Methods. Humans.
The three bars in our logo are the three lines of our business. Most engagements draw on all three: the platform, the discipline that keeps it under control, and the people who run it.

Explore humansSystems · 11 platforms
Platforms that hold up under audit.
Each platform is built as a core, a country pack for the rules of each market, and a layer for your own organisation. They run as SaaS, in your cloud or on your own servers.
Recondora
Every transaction, proven.
Recondora matches cards, ATMs, instant payments and ledgers, and routes every break through maker-checker, so every number can be proven.
Cardvoy
Every card, accounted for.
Cardvoy tracks every card a bank holds or sends, from ATM capture or embossing to the customer, issuer or destruction.
AuditHD
Every finding, in full resolution.
AuditHD runs internal audits, quality reviews and compliance assessments for banks and enterprises, with country packs, AI review, and SaaS or on-premises deployment.
Amanova
Trusted lending, made intelligent.
Amanova runs retail and SME lending from application to final repayment, for banks, microfinance banks and fintechs.

Why we exist
For our clients, a failure is a regulatory event.
A reconciliation that does not balance, an e-invoice the tax authority rejects, an audit finding nobody closes. For our clients these are not inconveniences. They are regulatory events.
So we do not promise disruption or magic. We promise systems, methods and people that hold up under scrutiny: tested before they go live, traceable after, and run by teams who know the rule book in each market.
Precision
We give the number, the date and the name. If we are not sure, we say so and find out.
Accountability
Every system has an owner and every promise has a deadline. We report problems before clients find them.
Fluency
We work in the client’s language, law and time zone: Arabic, English and Urdu; SAMA, CBUAE and SBP.
Methods · 4 service lines
Disciplines for programmes that will be audited.
Governance, engineering, testing and people for banks and enterprises under SAMA, the UAE Central Bank, the State Bank of Pakistan and their tax authorities.
Proof
Trusted where the scrutiny is highest.
Banks, financial institutions and large enterprises in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan. Selected clients, past and present.
