Syed Farrukh Manzoor leads the Systems line: the platforms SMH Global builds and runs, and the Karachi development centre where they are engineered, tested and supported.

He heads development across the group and is Chief Executive of 3EM Technologies, the SMH Global subsidiary that delivers reconciliation, settlement and card systems for banks in Pakistan.

Syed Mazhar Hasan founded SMH Global Services. He leads the Methods line: IT governance and consulting, software quality assurance and testing, and the way every SMH Global programme is scoped, documented and signed off.

Before SMH Global he worked in Saudi Arabia’s banking sector with Samba Financial Group and Riyad Bank, on the systems and controls that regulated banks depend on. He leads SMH Global Services Company in Riyadh.

Syed Kashif Hasan leads the Humans line: specialist teams placed with clients, project resourcing, training, and the support that continues after go-live.

A partner in SMH Global, he runs SMH Global Services L.L.C-FZ in Dubai, the group’s company for the United Arab Emirates and its clients across the Gulf and Africa.
