Coca-Cola Saudi Arabia settles a high volume of transactions with merchants, retailers and suppliers every day. Matching those transactions to bank receipts and settlement reports by hand slowed month-end and left aged differences that were hard to explain.
The solution
SMH Global deployed a customised version of Recondora. Source files are ingested automatically, configurable rules match transactions one-to-one and one-to-many, and every exception is routed to the responsible finance team with the supporting records attached.
